  • Eat the Change just launched their upcycled mushroom jerky. Founded by Seth Goldman, Founder of Honest Tea and Chair of the Board at Beyond Meat, and Celebrity Chef Spike Mendelsohn.

  • Acari just launched their new El Diablito jerky bars in Canada made from the invasive Mexican devil fish.


  • Full Harvest has partnered with Two Good, a Danone yogurt brand, to launch the "Good Save" yogurt using rescued lemons.

  • CSS has partnered with Kemin to bring more upcycled ingredients into the pet food space.
